Camera monitoring means a person watching a wall of feeds. The limit is human attention: no officer can watch every screen at once, and the important moment usually happens on the feed no one was looking at. Safety Intelligence watches every feed continuously and routes what matters to the officer, so monitoring is no longer capped by how many screens one person can watch.
Camera monitoring works right up to the ceiling of human attention, and no further. One officer, many feeds, and the math never favors the officer. Safety Intelligence removes that ceiling by watching all feeds at once and surfacing only what needs a human, so the officer spends attention on decisions, not scanning.
The difference is where attention comes from:
A staffed control room is valuable, but it cannot watch everything. Safety Intelligence extends it, covering the feeds no one has eyes on and cutting the noise so the alerts that reach an officer are worth acting on. It is monitoring that does not depend on someone happening to look at the right screen at the right second.
